About Us
Our Philosophy
Delphi Collective supports mission-driven organisations to navigate complexity, generate insight, and amplify their impact. We are a collective of ideas, values, expertise, collaborators, and networks. We believe that better evidence and deeper learning leads to better decisions and more just, sustainable outcomes - and that lasting change is created together. Our name, "Delphi Collective", draws inspiration from the ancient Greek sanctuary of Delphi — where a collective of tribal leaders regularly convened at the Delphi Amphitheatre to discuss pressing challenges collaboratively, seeking guidance, reflection, clarity, and solutions. At the heart of Delphi stood the Oracle, who helped leaders and communities by asking questions, making valuable insights, examining assumptions, and allowing others to see with greater perspective. That spirit informs everything we do.We are here to be your thinking partner. We facilitate processes that help organisations understand evidence and what to do next, turning learning into action - helping you see clearly, learn deeply, and act wisely.

Learning for Adaptive Management
Delphi Collective facilitates adaptive management for implementing teams by designing and embedding learning processes that support innovation in dynamic, uncertain, and complex environments. This provides teams with the time and space to learn, reflect critically, innovate, and apply creative solutions for navigating complexity and achieving results.Whilst context dependent, our methods may include a combination of systems mapping, rapid mixed methods data collection, sensemaking sessions, and co-creation and participatory action mapping workshops.
